What happens if my order is stopped by customs?

All orders are shipped from Sweden in discreet packaging to minimize the risk of customs issues.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

If a package is stopped, delayed, or seized by customs, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements, as this is outside our control.

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, local postal services, or high shipping volumes.

Most EU orders arrive within 3–7 business days, but delays can happen.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this is usually normal during customs clearance.

What if my order is lost or incomplete?

If your order appears to be lost or arrives incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
